Terms of service.

Toxic Visual Media ("TVM", "we", "us") is an independent creative studio based in Thrissur, Kerala, India.

By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

We provide AI films (AI commercials, AI movies and AI animation), VFX and CGI, video editing and motion graphics, and software, website and app development.

Every project starts with a plan and a quote that set out what will be made, the price and the expected timeline. Work begins once you approve the plan and pay the advance.

The price for each project is given in its quote. An advance payment is required before work starts. The amount of the advance depends on the project and is stated in the quote.

The balance is payable as stated in the quote, and final files are delivered once payment is complete.

Payments can be made online through Razorpay or by another method we agree with you.

You agree to give us the material and approvals the project needs in good time. Delays in receiving material, feedback or approvals can move the delivery date.

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you send us, including photos, footage, logos, music and names, and that our use of it for your project does not break anyone else's rights.

The number of revision rounds included in a project is stated in its quote. Changes beyond that, or changes to the approved plan or script after work has started, may be charged separately.

Our work is delivered digitally, as files sent by link, WhatsApp or email, or as a deployed website or app. Nothing is shipped physically.

Timelines in a quote are estimates given in good faith. We will tell you if a date has to move.

Once a project is paid for in full, you may use the final delivered work for your business. Until then, the work remains ours.

Working files, project files and source code are included only where the quote says so.

Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may show the finished work in our portfolio, on this website and on our social media.

Much of our work is produced with AI tools. AI output can vary, and an exact match to a reference cannot be guaranteed. The laws on ownership of AI-generated material differ between countries and are still developing.

We do not create content that is unlawful, defamatory or deceptive, or that uses a real person's likeness or voice without their permission.

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We do not promise any particular business result from our work, such as sales, views or followers.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

The films, designs, text, logo and the TOXI character on this website belong to Toxic Visual Media and may not be copied or reused without permission. Other brand names and logos that appear belong to their respective owners.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Thrissur, Kerala.
