Refund and cancellation.

An advance payment is required before work starts on any project. The amount depends on the project and is stated in the quote.

Our work is made to order, and it uses paid AI tools from the moment production begins. Once work has started and money has been spent on those tools, the advance is not refundable.

If you need to cancel before work has started, contact us as soon as possible: WhatsApp or call +91 96051 56929, or email info@toxicvisualmedia.in or toxicvisualmedia@gmail.com. We will confirm whether work or spending has begun and tell you what, if anything, can be returned.

You can stop a project at any time by telling us in writing. Payments already made are not refunded, and work completed up to that point remains payable.

If we are unable to start or complete a project for a reason on our side, we will refund the amount paid for the work that was not delivered.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

All work is delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping, so no shipping charges or returns apply.
