Toxic Visual Media ("TVM", "we", "us") is an independent creative studio based in Thrissur, Kerala, India.

This policy covers the website https://toxicvisualmedia.in and the enquiries and projects that start from it.

This website does not ask you to create an account, and it does not collect information in the background. We receive information only when you choose to send it:

• +Your name, phone number and the message you write, when you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
• +The answers you type into the contact form. The form does not send them to a server. It opens WhatsApp or your email app with the message filled in, and nothing reaches us until you press send there.
• +Project material you share with us, such as product photos, footage, logos, scripts and brand details.
• +Billing details needed to raise an invoice, such as your name, business name and address.

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure pages and are handled under Razorpay's own privacy policy. We do not see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password.

We receive a confirmation of the payment, including the amount, the date and a transaction reference.

We use your information only to:

• +Reply to your enquiry and prepare a plan and a quote.
• +Produce and deliver the work you ordered.
• +Raise invoices, record payments and meet our tax and accounting duties.
• +Contact you about your project.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

To do the work we use third-party services, including messaging and email providers, AI generation tools, cloud storage and Razorpay for payments. Material is shared with them only as far as the work requires.

We may disclose information if the law requires it.

We may show finished work in our portfolio, on this website and on our social media. If you want your project kept private, tell us in writing before the work starts and we will not show it.

This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers today. It stores one small note in your browser for the length of your visit, so the intro animation plays only once.

If we add analytics or advertising tools later, this policy will be updated first.

We keep project files and messages for as long as they are needed for the work and for later changes you may ask for. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
